Thursday 31 October 2024
12:00 - 14:00
Recruiting a foreign national in Switzerland requires a comprehensive application process at the cantonal level, especially if your candidate is from a non-EU/EFTA country.
The Young Professionals Agreements, signed by Switzerland with 14 non-EU/EFTA countries, allow NGOs to employ young professionals from these countries with a facilitated access to work permits. These permits – directly granted by the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) – are valid for temporary contracts of up to 18 months.
The Perspectives programme, funded by the Swiss Development Agency and the State Secretariat for Migration, aims to facilitate the recruitment process of young professionals from Tunisia. Implemented by the Swisscontact foundation, this programme offers support for recruitment, visa processing, and integration of young Tunisian talents in Switzerland.
Join us for an information session to learn more about the Young Professionals Agreements and the Perspectives programme, and discover an easy way to hire talented young professionals.
